Memphis Tennessee Snake Situation: Hi, We rent a house in Memphis and we have been here for 2 1/2 yrs and have a constant problem with snakes, they are found in the front yard by the door or walkway and in the back yard. The live around the foundation of the home, we have seen them slither out and in from the holes around the house. We have had the fire dept out here for a diamond back rattlesnake, has a black orange band snake, some type of corral? and many others. Today I came home from work to find my two dogs bitten in the face by a snake and we had to rush them to the vet and hope they make it threw the night. Is there any way to get rid of these snakes? I have three young kids and I'm worried about them as well as the dogs again. Is there any true way to get rid of them from the property? I've heard about some sort of pellets? If there is a way, how expensive is something like that, since we do rent. This vet trip cost us a fortune per dog and I want to prevent further issues. Thx Melissa

Hello, your website looks good. Looks like I have a rattlesnake living in on of my retaining walls on my driveway. It was crossing the driveway when my daughter encountered it today. I tried to get it with the hoe (thinking it was just a chicken snake) when I heard the rattle, then saw it. It got away and crawled into a very small hole in my brick retaining wall. Can you help.?I looked for professionals in our area, near Memphis TN. The closest I found were in Hopkinsville, KY and Evansville, IN. We have found 3 snakeskins recently, 2 in a walled in backyard and 1 in our front lawn. We have never seen the snake(s) but find the skins unsettling. Especially so close to our swimming pool. Backyard snakeskin was about 3 feet long. When we found it, on May 17th it was less than 24 hours old. It was the second one we found in the same place. First was last October. I'm attaching a photo. Skin was white with gray markings. I hope you can help us find an expert to move the snake(s) down the road. Dan
