Chattanooga Tennessee Snake Situation: Hello, I happened upon your web site offering to help identify snake skins. I would very much appreciate some help with what I found in my garage this morning. I have attached three photos and can supply more if needed. The house we live in has an attached garage below the house and I am somewhat afraid that it might enter the house for warmth. During the summer months I occasionally see what I am told is a Black King Snake in the back yard. I live in Chattanooga, TN and my yard sits atop a wooded hill next to a neighbor with a dog that is not cleaned up after, so prey for owls and snakes is plentiful. We only recently moved from Michigan and are not so accustomed to snakes (At least not that of the reptilian kind, lol) so I can not offer anymore assistance in this matter. We do have a cat that has been acting somewhat strangely near a closet door that sits directly next to the stairs leading to the garage in the living room? I carefully moved boxes from the area where I found the skin and found no feces or trace of a living thing. The garage was thoroughly cleaned roughly four months ago and I am down there maybe twice a month or so and did not notice anything last week. Sorry to run on but I guess too much information is better than too little. Thank you in advance and best regards, Ron
