David, I was out on the internet searching for info on pest control and found your site. I am buying a 20 year old townhome in Tampa, Florida. Today I was in the home with the building inspector, and we found two problems in the basement -- a tiny snake and evidence of squirrels. The inspector says this is a problem that can be solved, but I am afraid to proceed with the purchase. I am worried that the problem will be ongoing, and that squirrels may have damaged wiring, etc. The home is in a lovely, upscale neighborhood, and I was so surprised to find the pest problem. I really love the home, but for my this might be a show-stopper. Can pest control companies get rid of squirrels and snakes permanently? How do I find a really good service? I did email one of the local services listed in your directory. I want a company that can inspect the home, explain how the problem would be addressed, and give an estimate for the services. I certainly wouldn't let a little snake or squirrel activity prevent you from a home purchase! Just call a wildlife expert to inspect and seal up the house! Shouldn't be too much work or cost.
My name is Ramon and I live in Winter Garden FL. 34787 this mornig my son was playing in the back of my house on the lawn, suddenly he walked to our neighbor and almost he touched a snake. We have a patio with screen the place is closed all the time. We closed the door and You know I come from other country . I have been lived in winter garden since octuber and We always play outside with our son. I want to know if you can use a kind of repellent for snakes to keep them far from my house.
