Fort Lauderdale & Boca Raton Snake
Florida has an abundance of snakes, from venomous pit vipers like
copperheads or rattlers, to harmless snakes like rat snakes and garter
snakes. Many of these snakes live in urban or neighborhood settings in
the city of Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton.
I have spent my career talking with hundreds of snake removal guys
throughout the USA, and I myself have personally trained close to 20 so
far. In the city of Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton, I recommend Mark, who I know personally, and
who I trained. He can usually come out same-day, often very quickly, to
catch your unwanted snake(s).

I like this wildlife removal company, and I think they are your best bet
for snake control in Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton. If he is not available, you can do a search
for a different Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton snake removal company, but be sure you are
comfortable with their service and prices before you hire. Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton snake
control is of course a specialty field, and not every expert in you hire
is the same - you don't want to hire a snake exterminator or pest
control company, but a specialty Florida wild animal removal professional.

Snake Tip: Snake control tips -
Snakes are in your yard because there is food and shelter. If you have a snake that is persistent and will not move on, you might change your perspective to being grateful. A snake in your yard means you have less rodents and insects. Rats and mice will cause far more damage to your home than a snake ever will. If you want to keep snakes at a minimum, the first step is property upgrades. Snakes and other small animals like yards that offer cover. Wood piles, sheds, rock walls, patios, porches, and any other item the snake can wiggle under are all suitable homes. Thick vegetation is another enticing attribute to a property. Homes with dense gardens or tall grass will be conducive to snakes. Not only will such lush vegetation mean more insects and rodents, the tall grass will provide shade for the reptile to escape the heat of the sun. Yard care and cleanup is the only way to control snakes. If you are really worried about it, you can install a solid perimeter fence that extends into the ground. This is a costly remedy, and some snakes are proficient enough climbers to still make it into the yard.
Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton Reader Emails: Hi David, I was doing an online search in attempt to identify a small snake that I found on my property today and have not had any luck so far. However, I came across your website and got side tracked for a couple of hours while enjoying all of your photos and stories. Thank you for investing the time it took to take the photos of your work with wildlife and posting them for people like myself to enjoy. Back to this snake, I have never seen a snake like this one. I am assuming that it is juvenile because it is only about 7 or 8 inches long and its head is about the circumference if a pencil. It doesn't appear to be venomous to me. It's belly is white and it does have stripes going down its body but I don't believe it to be a garter snake because on both sides of its face and the first couple inches of its body has thin white vertical lines. I am attaching a few pictures that I took of it and would appreciate any information you might able to provide to me, if you have the time. Thank you for your time, James – Boca Raton, Florida
